Photo with the Easter Bunny

Anya LOVES the Easter Bunny. She has seen him at the mall before today and waves and hugs him if he is standing there waving. This morning she got her photo taken with him. Doesn't she look so grown up?

Our ocean lover

Anya and I spent our Friday on the seacoast with my mom, Nana and my aunt. We went out for seafood for lunch and sat on the beach after. Who knew we would be doing this in March!? Anya is an ocean lover. She loves the sand, the water, the shells and the little rocks. It is always hard to get her to leave. We had to use ice cream as bribery.

bathing suit in March!

I don't think in the 30 years I have been living that I have worn a bathing suit in March outside in New England. Anya got her chance to play in her kiddie pool today since it was so warm out! She had a blast..

a week of summer in March

This week we have temps reaching the 80s here in New England. It's still March! This never happens and we are taking advantage of it with playing outside in our summer clothing :)

birthday party fun

On Saturday morning we headed to Haley's 3rd birthday party. Anya had a great time!

St. Pattys party

We headed to an indoor playspace yesterday with my mom. They just happened to have a St. Pattys day 'party' going on. Anya got her facepainted, made a shamrock mask, drank a shamrock shake and also used all the fun equipment and toys there. What a fun day!

First Easter eggs of the season

Anya and I colored our first Easter eggs of 2012 the other day. We had a lot of fun trying out the different colors. We will color eggs at least one more time this month, maybe two. :)

Anya is a huge fan of hard boiled eggs. She likes to peel them herself and she eats everything but the yolk.

Anya's new favorite thing to do is play in the kitchen sink. She has cups, a bowl of water, a spoon or two, her dinosaurs and a few animals. She mixes up 'coffee' for me and her animals talk and play with eachother. :)

In like a lion

March is here! It's in like a lion. Anya and Haley got some fun in the snow this morning in their matching jackets!

Anya's favorite part is eating snow!

When we went inside we had hot cocoa with marshmallows. After she finished she asked for a bowl of snow to eat! She loves it. :)
